During sessions, I also draw on methods from systemic therapy, coherence therapy, and holistic healing practices. I enrich my work with body-based techniques inspired by my yoga practice.
My life is a journey – not only geographically but also internally. I have lived and worked in various countries, experiencing different cultures and lifestyles. Now, as a future mother, I value even more the importance of having a 'base' – a place and relationships that bring a sense of security.
In the future, I plan to develop projects for people who, like me, are looking for their place to live abroad.

My professional and personal journey has taken me through many places and roles – from serving in the police force, through corporate work, to the bold decision of living abroad.
These experiences have taught me that every change – even the most challenging one – can be the beginning of something good.
I believe that every real change can meet with resistance from others. Being a "rebel" in a world that wants us all to walk the same path takes courage. I've walked that road myself – I know what it means and how hard it can be to do it alone. That's why I help those who choose to trust themselves and find their own place in the world.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a goal-oriented, practical approach that focuses on solutions rather than problems. It is especially useful for those seeking quick, tangible changes and who prefer not to engage in long-term therapy. SFT can be applied to relationship issues, substance abuse, depression, and other life challenges.
